William and Helen Birenbaum Innovation and Performance Space or the Birenbaum is a club-like, subterranean venue in the Hotel at Oberlin. Built in 2016, the Birenbaum accommodates more than 100 guests. By day it serves as a teaching space; by night it features conservatory performances and events.
