RIO is a three-session psychoeducational workshop that will help you learn how to get reconnected with your present goals/values and unstuck and deal with feeling overwhelmed by building skills in mindfulness and acceptance of your emotions. This is a three-session workshop offered three weeks in a row from the start date, so please plan to attend all three sessions to obtain the most benefit.
