Andrea Gyorody, Ellen Johnson ’33 Assistant Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, discusses "Pale Face," a 1903 painting by Gustav Klimt on loan to the AMAM from the Neue Galerie, New York. She considers "Pale Face" in the context of other works by Klimt from the AMAM collection, and by fellow Austrian Egon Schiele.
