The Ins and Outs of Endocytic Trafficking

Dr. Andrew Bean, Oberlin Class of 1982, will be on campus for a series of events, including a science talk and a careers chat. Come learn about Dr. Bean's research in membrane trafficking and protein sorting, fundamental processes that are essential in many different types of cells.

Hear about his time as a student at Oberlin, his path after Oberlin, and about opportunities at University of Texas Medical School for winter term and summer research, and graduate programs.

He will speak on the topic, ”The Ins and Outs of Endocytic Trafficking.” He is professor and associate dean at the University of Texas Medical School, MD Anderson Cancer Center.
