Bibbins Hall (Conservatory of Music), Front Steps
77 West College Street, Oberlin, OH 44074
Oberlin College has made significant progress toward its ambitious goal of carbon neutrality by 2025. The campus energy infrastructure will be upgraded to allow a major shift from fossil fuels to renewable geothermal energy as the primary source for heating and cooling our campus buildings. We just completed year three of the four-year project including the start of the geothermal wellfield installation.
The tour will start at Bibbins North entrance steps and ends at Wilder Hall on the South steps. Participants should be prepared to walk for several blocks outdoors.
Please join us for a project update and tour to learn more about Oberlin’s goals and to ask your questions.
