 ture Hall.\n\nTed Marmor is a Professor Emeritus at Yale University and a 
 scholar of the Modern Welfare State. Formerly the director of the Robert W
 ood Johnson Foundation’s post-doctoral program in health policy\, he lec
 tures on policy and management issues and has been a consultant to governm
 ental and non-profit agencies. Marmor has also authored or co-authored 13 
 books and 200 scholarly journal articles. \n\nDavid Henderson is an Associ
 ate Professor of Economics at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey\, 
 California and a Research Fellow with the Hoover Institution at Stanford U
 niversity. He is editor of the Concise Encyclopedia of Economics and has w
 ritten nearly 200 articles for the Wall Street Journal\, New York Times\, 
 Barron’s\, and various other publications. In the past\, Henderson has a
 ppeared on C-SPAN\, CNN\, the O’Reilly Factor\, MSNBC\, NPR\, and the BB
 C.
