Wilder Hall (Student Union), 112 135 West Lorain Street, Oberlin, OH 44074

Part One: Understanding your Tobacco Habit.

Smoking is an incredibly unhealthy  habit. But it is also one that is tough to break.

In these seminars you will get the full story on all the health problems smoking causes; learn why it's so hard to quit; find out what programs and medications can help you succeed; and walk out with your own  personal quit plan.

This program is sponsored by the Office of Wellness and Human Resources through the Employment Assistance Program (EAP). It is open and free to all college employees and members of their households.

It was great. I'm already feeling more positive about my ability to quit this awful addiction, and I'm looking forward to the next three sessions. I was however, surprised and saddened not to see more people attend. I know there are more than 3 faculty and staff members who are addicted to nicotine. Why wouldn't you want to take advantage of FREE services to help you quit?!
