The Responsible Investing Policy Symposium, hosted by Oberlin’s Responsible Investing Organization, will be a weekend event in which the Oberlin community will come together to define what we, as a community, believe our endowment should be doing in the world, providing the groundwork for a future Responsible Investing Policy. This policy, to be written in the month following the symposium, will be applied to RIO’s own social choice scholarship, and will be used in future campaigns to move the school’s endowment in a more responsible direction.
