About this Event
38 East College St., Oberlin, Ohio
The experiences in the classroom are oftentimes best understood in the distance of time past. The highs and lows of assignments, tools, pedagogy and class dynamics can be most clearly seen in conversations with others. With all due apologies to Marcel Proust's classic Remembrance of Things Past, The Gertrude B. Lemle Center invites all faculty and instructors to participate in the open discussion session, "Remembrance of Semesters Past". The session is an informal and open discussion of the challenges, struggles, and achievements of the past semester. It is an opportunity for teaching staff to hear and be heard by each other, as we work together to heighten the experience of teaching through an exchange of information, ideas, and experiences. So please join us!
Lunch will be served.
