Do you want to explore feelings, learn healthy coping strategies & deepen personal insights all while having fun in a creative and supportive group?  Is fear, perfectionism or low-self-esteem getting in your way of becoming your best self?


The Personal Growth Group is an activity-based, hands on group for all students who want to gain a better understanding of themselves and how they relate to others.  This group will meet weekly for 50 minutes; explore a different topic each week through a structured activity and provide personal reflection and group feedback.
