P2M Fitness - Power Walking, Planking, and Meditating

P2M is a body, mind, and strength routine which increases cardio-fitness, flexibility, and body strength to help improve sleep/mood, mind-body control, and sense of peace and well-being. Offered in the evening, it will facilitate a restful night.
We start with a power-walk (either inside or out, weather depending) leading into strength training with bands, slow movements/holds to work entire body, ending with ten minutes of stretching coupled with meditation to clear mind, release stress, and end your time refreshed and ready for a good night’s sleep. Atmosphere enhanced with relaxing music and lighting.
Instructor: Wendy Reddinger is a ACE-certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor and LPN working for the Office of Student Wellness at Oberlin College. Training since 2003, Wendy has worked with a variety of participants (older adults, college-age, beginners, persons interested in weight loss and toning, medical and mental health issues and the highly stressed) in a variety of settings. Most common feedback received is “Wendy was so supportive and helped to change my life” (EK, ‘11).

Cost: Participants purchase punch cards - 10 sessions for $75 ($7.50 per session); 20 sessions for $100 ($5 per session).
