Department of Art will host a panel to discuss the role of drawing in today’s art practice and whether the art market has affected the function of image making.
Our respected panelists are Lisa Sigal, artist and curator of the Open Sessions program at the Drawing Center; Daniel Heyman, artist and senior faculty at Princeton University and RISD; and Andrea Gyorody, curator of the modern and contemporary art at AMAM.
Omid Shekari will be moderating this panel.
The event is free and open to the public. Snacks will be served.
