Omar Affendum Hosts a Panel Discussion

The Muslim Student Association is bringing in American-Syrian rapper, poet and peace activist Omar Offendum for a talk and a performance.

Offendum is a Syrian America hip-hop artist/poet based in Los Angeles. He is best known for his unique blend of hip-hop and Arabic poetry. He has been featured in world news outlets, has lectured at a number of prestigious academic institutions, collaborated with major museums and cultural organizations on high-profile projects, and helped raise millions of dollars for various humanitarian relief groups.
