Oberlin Jazz Society presents it’s Jam Session series hosted by alumni Caleb Smith ’19. The session open to all musicians and aritsts in the college and community in the spirit of 1940s sessions at Minton’s Playhouse in Harlem, where creative musicians came together to improvise and challenged each other to create a new musical vocabulary.
