The Now Chorale, a new music choir made up of Oberlin students and community members, will present a concert in Fairchild Chapel. The program explores what happens when several composers set the same poems, employing their unique stylistic angles to say something new through a fixed text. Come hear the world premeieres of 8 new pieces by Oberlin student composers Max Allard, Oliver Hecht, Jerry Achtermann, Marshall Engel, Cashel Day-Lewis, Naci Konar-Steenberg, Francesca Neibel-Spruill, and Calvin Shawler. Admission is free.
