DESCRIPTION:From October 29 to 30\, The Environmental Studies & Sciences an
 d Studio Art departments are hosting guest lectures and a film screening w
 ith artist and landscape architect Mitchell Rasor ‘89. The film Salt Mar
 sh by Tom Bell “explores art\, climate\, and solitude” through Rasor
 ’s drawings and first premiered at the Camden International Film Festiva
 l this September. Beyond Oberlin\, Salt Marsh will be shown at the Barcelo
 na Film Festival in October and Rasor will present other lectures at Harva
 rd University\, the Rhode Island School of Design\, and the University of 
 Virginia.\n\nAfter earning his BA in English Language and Literature at Ob
 erlin\, Rasor continued his education at the Harvard University School of 
 Design\, receiving a Masters in Landscape Architecture. He has worked in l
 andscape architecture for over 30 years\, serving as the Principal at Raso
 r Landscape Architecture for most of his career. The trailer for Salt Mars
