Led by Oberlin Conservatory third-year saxophonist and composer George Rogers and College third-year Dlisah Lapidus, Student Curatorial Assistant at the Allen Art Museum, "Making Graphic Scores at the Allen" is a free, one-of-a-kind program for kids ages 8–12. Participants will explore graphic scores—musical compositions made with shapes, symbols, and images—through the museum’s collection, create their own, and hear their work performed by Oberlin Conservatory musicians. No prior art or music experience is required!

The program includes two workshops on April 26 and 27, followed by a public performance on May 3.

We ask that your child attends all three days. Registration is mandatory and due ASAP!
