Keep Calm and Awkward On is a free group fitness class for students with minimal to no coordination. Personal trainer Wendy Reddinger will lead us in exceedingly awkward body movements, and all participants will leave with new ideas for exercises that can fit easily into busy academic schedules. Please join us in the Philip's Gym Double Squash Courts on March 13 from 7:30-9pm to get your awkward on!
