Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:00pm to 1:00am

’Sco (Dionysus Club), Wilder Hall
135 West Lorain Street, Oberlin, OH 44074

Come dust off your country boots and hats for a  high-energy time in the ’Sco with National Touring Country artists John King Country Band and Ohio-based Jessica Hannan Band.

John King Country Band

Drive, paired with raw talent and business savvy took this young man out of a little mountain town in Georgia and into the spotlight opening for award-winning artists, writing number one songs, and touring over 150 dates a year. King’s musical tastes were formed early on by the southern rock sounds of Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers Band, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and the Black Crowes.

As country music took a huge leap forward in the 1990s, King found himself in awe of one of country music’s greatest entertainers, Garth Brooks. His dedication and tenacity paid off in opening slots for nationally recognized, award-winning artists—a feat that is virtually unheard of for a young, unsigned artist.

This tenacity caught the attention of world-renowned booking agent Kevin Neal (Jason Aldean, FGL, Cole Swindell), who signed him to WME Booking Agency in 2013.

Jessica Hannan Band

National country artist Jessica Hannan from North Central Ohio began her music career at the age of 12. Touring the state heavily from age 13 to 17, Hannan gained much notoriety. At 13, Hannan had a record deal with Sonic Records for two years. Now her band is best known for the energy they bring to the stage. They all love to perform and this band is Ohio's hottest country/rock band!
