Where is the line between stress and depression? How can you be a positive force in a friend's journey to finding help?
The Oberlin Student Wellness Mental/Emotional Health Coordinators will lead a three-fold discussion regarding:
1. Recognizing the signs of depression
2. Understanding means of caring for friends/loved ones and local resources available
3. Understanding limitations and means of self-care.
