Rodin Trio is an ambitious new ensemble made up of alumni and current students of the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University. All three avid chamber musicians and advocates of quality music-making, they have individually appeared in chamber, solo, and orchestral roles across the U.S. and the world. They have studied at some of the country’s most prestigious music schools, including the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, the Juilliard School, Curtis Institute of Music, University of Southern California, and Shepherd School of Music at Rice University. Past and current instructors include Cho-Liang Lin, Glenn Dicterow, Alvin Chow, Julian Martin, Jon Kimura Parker, Desmond Hoebig, Peter Wiley and Carter Brey.
