Unapologetically Intersectional: Navigating Life as a Queer Brown Man

Monday, November 28th at 5 pm in Dye Lecture Hall followed by a small reception.

Stephen Jiwanmall (he/him) is an assistant professor of communication at La Salle University in Philadelphia. His career spans a decade in journalism, public relations, and video production. Prior to academia, Stephen was the director of communications and marketing at Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was the first BIPOC director in the organization's history. Stephen is an active member of Desi Rainbow Parents & Allies, an international organization that provides resources and support to LGBTQ+ South Asians and their families.
