OSteel's hosting its second annual Get to KnOw Steel evening. We'd like to share with the Oberlin community the historical roots of the instrument, the culture it comes from and its place at Oberlin. We will also be showcasing a few arrangements of Soca and Calypso tunes as well as inviting participants to try out the pans. Come join us in our Panyard in the basement of Hales this Thursday for a night of music and learning! Everyone is welcome. There will be snacks!
