Oberlin College is committed to the challenging goal of carbon neutrality by 2025. This series seeks to facilitate a campuswide dialogue that maximizes our capacity as a community to meet this goal. Four discussion sessions focus on such issues as the replacement of the Central Heating Plant, issues around the use of natural gas as a transition fuel, and long-term strategies for achieving carbon neutrality. This event is the keystone of the series and aims to bring together a diverse representation from our community. This workshop aim to bring students, faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees together to envision carbon neutrality and how we can achieve it.
