Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Weltzheimer/Johnson House is the first Usonian house in Ohio, and one of the few in the nation open to the public. Situated a mile and a half from the art museum at 534 Morgan Street in Oberlin, the house is open to the public the first Sunday of the month from April to November with a docent presentation offered on the hour at noon, 1, 2, 3, and 4 p.m.

Advance registration is required. Admission to the house is $10 per adult, free for OC college students with ID and anyone under 18. Please note: If you have students or youths in your party, please do not purchase tickets for them. Instead, complete this form by noon on the Friday before your visit.

If you are interested in touring the home outside of scheduled open houses, groups of 10 or more may make arrangements by contacting the Education Department at education.amam@oberlin.edu.

Access Statement:
This historic home is partially accessible to wheelchairs and fully accessible to most rolling walkers. The presentation space is wheelchair-accessible, and seating is available but limited. The restroom is neither wheelchair-accessible nor gender specific. No listening devices or ASL interpretation will be available at this event.
