Flamenco Fusion

Join us for a free evening of music and dance in celebration of the symposium, "Breaking Boundaries in Flamenco."

The performance will feature college and conservatory students and alumni, including a performance of La Roza Enflorece, a flamenco inspired jazz arrangement by Oberlin student Chloe Falkenheim, and Sevillanas Corraleras de Ohio, performed by the Introduction to Flamenco students.

Sponsored by the Departments of Dance, Politics, Hispanic Studies, and Ethnomusicology; the Gender Sexuality and Feminist Studies Program; the Office of the  Dean of Students; the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation Grant for the Oberlin Center for Languages and Cultures; and the Ellen Johnson Fund for Contemporary Art.
