Professor of History Leonard V. Smith will present his LIASE-supported research, ‘‘Environment, Geography, and the Making of French Indochina.

LIASE is the Luce Initiative on Asian Studies and the Environment, a grant used to expand educational opportunities related to Asia and the environment.
