Andrea Lawlor teaches writing at Mount Holyoke College, edits fiction for Fence magazine, and has been awarded fellowships by Lambda Literary and Radar Labs. Publications include a chapbook, Position Papers (Factory Hollow, 2016) and a novel, Paul Takes the Form of a Mortal Girl, first published by Rescue Press in 2017, and forthcoming from Vintage and Picador UK in 2019
Hilary Plum is the author of the novel Strawberry Fields, winner of the Fence Modern Prize in Prose (2018); the work of nonfiction Watchfires (2016), winner of the 2018 GLCA New Writers Award; and the novel They Dragged Them Through the Streets (2013). She teaches at Cleveland State University and is associate director of the CSU Poetry Center.
