 ity and mental health.\n\nHelgeson will present an overview of the psychol
 ogy of creativity\, using Harvard psychologist Shelley Carson’s seven cr
 eative "brain sets" as a framework to discuss creative flow\, structuring 
 work sessions\, and navigating mental or emotional challenges in creative 
 work.\n\nA scholar of creativity and mental health in the arts\, Aaron Hel
 geson is frequently invited to teach workshops in creative wellness\, work
 ing with young artists to find holistic ways of living and working. Helges
 on currently serves as Associate Professor of Composition and Music Theory
  at Montclair State University's Cali School of Music.\n\nWorkshop provide
