Core & Weights is a fun, innovative 45-minute muscle defining and sculpting workout utilizing 2 – 8 lb weights with the addition of cutting edge core exercises.
Improve muscle tone and definition, endurance, strength, help maintain lean muscle mass, prevent osteoporosis, and increase your metabolic rate. All fitness levels welcome.
Strength training provides quick results and is the most effective way to lose inches. With strength training healthy eating is the only weight control you will need!
Cynthia Hull is a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience working with adults who want to reclaim their wellness, discover fitness, and learn to feel more comfortable in the weight room. She has worked both in the corporate and in the fitness industry and loves combining strength training with free weights.
The cost of the class is $8 per session, 2 x per week, for 4 weeks ($64) paid directly to the instructor. The first Summer Session begins Tuesday. June 11.
