Constitution Day Conversations with Counsel

Observe Constitution Day with us at our next session of Conversations with Counsel on Thursday, September 14, 2023,  from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in Moffett Auditorium (Mudd A Level).  Oberlin’s Office of General Counsel will be discussing the constitutional issues at the heart of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard College, including the Court’s application of strict scrutiny under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.  Attendees will receive a pocket copy of the U.S. Constitution.  Register to attend; walk-ins welcome.
