DESCRIPTION:Ami Dang celebrates the new semester at the Cat in the Cream Co
 ffeehouse. Ami Dang (OC ’06)\, who joins the TIMARA faculty in 2021\, re
 turns to Oberlin. Ami performs ambient music with sitar\, Ableton Push and
  computer. Her live set draws from the solitude of quarantine through stru
 ctured improvisational drones punctuated with sitar. Opening for Ami will 
 be Tom Lopez (OC ’89)\, performing a short set with hammer dulcimer and
