Chair Yoga with Audrey Kolb

         Chair yoga classes take place sitting in a chair. The benefits of practicing Yoga in chairs are the same as practicing on a floor mat: stretches and strengthens muscles, increases mobility, improves circulation, improves  digestive/genitourinary systems, increases energy, reduces tension and stress, increases dopamine; reduces anxiety, reduces adrenaline and cortisol hormones.

Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel and wear comfortable clothing.
