Audrey Kolb will lead a session in chair yoga.
The benefits of practicing yoga in chairs are the same as practicing on a floor mat. Yoga stretches and strengthens muscles, increases mobility, increases energy and reduces tension and stress.
Chair yoga is a relaxing and gentle way to stretch your body that is not too strenuous.
The Office of Wellness and Human Resources invite you to join Audrey in this session. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or a beach towel if you are planning to participate.
