The Celebration of Undergraduate Research Keynote Addres by Zine Magubane has been CANCELED due to speaker travel issues and will be rescheduled for a future date.
Dr. Zine Magubane, associate professor of sociology at Boston College, will kick off this year's Celebration of Undergraduate Research with a talk about her experiences as an undergraduate researcher and about her current project "Science, Reform, and the 'Science of Reform': Booker T. Washington, Robert Park, and the making of a 'Science Society.'"
Students, faculty, staff, and community members with all backgrounds and interests are encouraged to attend. Reception to follow, in advance of Toni Morrison's convocation later in the evening.
