Ba Duan Jin (八段锦) is a classical Chinese qigong practice dating back nearly 1,000 years. Once used by imperial soldiers, its eight movements promote circulation, mental wellness, and flexibility. A Ba Duan Jin Qigong Class is taught at the Oberlin Public Library. The community class is open to everyone, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
