Known for the singular power and beauty of her voice, Deborah Voigt is widely acknowledged as today’s preeminent dramatic soprano. Lauded for possessing “lyricism, beauty of tone and dramatic acuity,” as well as for her “impressive aura and voice,” Voigt has garnered enthusiastic acclaim from critics and the world’s opera audiences as a leading exponent of operas by Wagner, Strauss, Verdi, and numerous others.
