Artist Lecture: Kimmy Kuehnle

Jimmy Kuehnle will discuss the design, production and installation of recent large-scale inflatable sculpture projects and bicycles. He will talk about theAmphibious Inflatable Suit (AIS) in Captivity  (2014), installed as part of the large survey show of American Art, State of the Art: Discovering American Art Now at the Crystal Bridges of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas.  

He will also present Please, no smash a 36-foot tall inflatable installed in the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) Cleveland in the summer of 2015 as part of the How to Remain Human exhibition. He will also touch on the precaution of the BBQ Bicycle for a video shoot with New Belgium Brewing in the summer of 2015.
