Feel anxious about COVID, the future, social situations, or just in general? This skills-based group is for students who desire to have better skills for managing anxiety. The group will increase understanding about the function and process of anxiety, provide alternative ways to cope with anxiety, and increase confidence and acceptance in your relationship with anxiety in order to improve your quality of life and way of relating to yourself. This is a three-session workshop offered three weeks in a row from the start date, so please plan to attend all three sessions to obtain the most benefit.
