American Meat is a pro-farmer look at cattle, hog, and chicken production in the U.S. This is a great opportunity, as the film is coming through Oberlin specifically to be screened for our community!
Appetizers, courtesy of Oberlin Campus Dining, will be served at 5:30 pm, followed by the screening at 6:00 and a panel discussion with the film's director, Graham Meriwether at 8:00.

Just on thing : it was REALLY too cold in the conference room... It is a bit weird to have air conditionning in the winter, especially in the ECOLOGY and ENVIRONMENT building for an evening about SUSTAINABLE meat... : )
