Oberlin Opera presents "Alice Tierney" (world premiere)

The Friday, January 27 performance will be streamed live.  The remaining performances are in-person only. 


The story, developed at Oberlin by composer Melissa Dunphy and librettist Jacqueline Goldfinger, follows four archeologists who unearth clues to the mysterious death of Alice Tierney in Colonial Philadelphia. 

This world-premiere production is presented through the Oberlin Opera Commissioning Program, made possible by a gift from Elizabeth and Justus '71 Schlichting.

Tickets will be available 1 hour before the scheduled start time in the Finney Chapel lobby.
