The Eric Baker Nord Performing Arts Annex is a new structure that houses the Irene and Alan Wurtzel Theater. It is situated between Hall Auditorium and the Peter B. Lewis Gateway Center.  In addition to the Wurtzel Theater, the accessible Nord Performing Arts Annex features a spacious upper- and lower-level lobby, a costume shop, laundry facilities, a rehearsal room, faculty offices, and other essential spaces.
